Your Cabin Guide
A quick orientation to the space.
The Loft
An open loft built into the roofline with a queen bed, mountain views, and its own full bathroom (curtains and hooks for privacy rather than a door).
The Main Floor
Features the galley kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, living room, a queen bedroom, and a bathroom. Multiple decks include a front/side wrap-around deck for mountain, pond, and tree views, and a back deck landing in the sloped yard.
The Basement
Includes a second living room with a pull-out couch, arcade machine, large bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4), large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry room, and a front concrete patio. Air mattresses also available.
Staircase Safety
The floors are connected by an interior spiral staircase — please use caution, especially with young children.
Baby gates are installed on each level to block off the stairs. These are safety devices — please do not allow children to play with them.
Do Not Enter
The outdoor spiral staircase on the exterior of the cabin is off-limits. It is not for guest use under any circumstances.
Getting Here
Arrival & gate access information.
Important — Gate Access
As Airbnb guests, you do not have transponders. You must stop at the front gate to obtain your guest pass — one pass per vehicle.
Use the left lane at the gate to speak with the attendant at the window. The gate is staffed 24/7.
All vehicles and drivers must be reported to us in advance — we will register them with the gate before your arrival.
Self Check-In
The cabin has a smart lock on the front door. Your unique access code is generated by Airbnb and provided in the app before your stay.

Cooking tip: Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors indoors — the smell can linger for days. Use the outdoor grill for fish, heavy spices, or anything with a strong aroma.
Rideshare, Delivery & Packages
Uber Eats and DoorDash are already added to the community gate and can deliver directly to the cabin — no extra steps needed.
Packages:Due to the gated community, mail and package delivery can be unreliable. We'd recommend arranging pickup in town if you're expecting anything important.

Lake Tamarack
A stunning 110-acre lake at 1,450 ft elevation — 85 feet deep and stocked annually with trout. Electric motors only, no gas. The beach area has a playground, basketball, bocce ball, beach volleyball, and a covered pavilion with grills and picnic tables.
