King Bedroom
Spacious room with a comfortable king bed, dresser, and closet.
Bunk Room
Custom-built bunk beds (twin size) with a TV in each bunk — a hit with kids and adults alike. A twin trundle pulls out underneath for extra sleeping. Top bunk accessed by ladder (suitable for older children and adults only).
Extra sleeping: The living-room couch converts into a queen bed (the cushions rearrange — no pull-out mechanism), and the bean bag unzips into a queen-size mattress too. Plenty of comfy space for everyone!

Connected to the bunk room. Full bathroom with a bathtub — great for bathing little ones. Towels provided.
Hallway Bathroom
Walk-in shower, full bathroom. Towels provided. First aid kit is under this sink.
Kitchen & Living
Full Kitchen
Fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need. No garbage disposal — home is on septic. All food scraps go in the trash.
Living Room & Play Area
TV with Apple TV and streaming apps, board games, puzzles, and toys. Play area adjacent to the living room — plus more toys in the bunk room.
Outdoor Space
Rocking Porch & Reading Nook
A charming front porch with rocking chairs and a cozy reading nook with power outlets — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding with a book.
Your Outdoor Space
The front porch, front yard, and driveway are all yours to enjoy. The backyard is a private area and is not available for guest use.

Getting Here
Easy self check-in at the yellow front door.
Entry
Enter through the yellow front door— you can't miss it! Your unique access code is generated by Airbnb and provided in the app before your stay.
Parking
Please park in the rock (gravel) driveway— check-in photos in your welcome message show the spot. Additional cars can use street parking where allowed, without blocking neighbors' driveways.
We keep a Turo Model 3 in the rock driveway. We may occasionally ask you to move your car briefly so it can be picked up or dropped off — always with advance notice.
Take care near the retaining wall along the rock driveway — watch your step, especially with kids and at night.
EV Charging
We have a Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector at the rock driveway. EV charging must be pre-requested when booking — otherwise the charger will not be available.

Please don't crank the AC — keep it reasonable. Keep doors closed when AC is on.
Cooking tip: Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors indoors — the smell can linger for days. Use the outdoor griddle for fish, heavy spices, or anything with a strong aroma.
