Your Space
A fully private 2-bedroom suite.
Green Bedroom
King bed with cozy linens, desk workspace, nightstands, dresser, and barn door closet. Towels are set out on the dresser — extras on the shelves by the desk.
Blue Bedroom
King bed, desk workspace, nightstands, dresser, and closet. Baby items (pack & play, high chair, boppy, bumbo) are stored in this bedroom's closet.
Bathroom
Shared full bath between the two bedrooms. Towels, hand towels, and extra toilet paper are provided. Squeegee provided for the shower door.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with countertops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and stainless steel table. On a septic system — no garbage disposal, so please discard food into the trash.
Dining Area
Round wood table with seating for four. Great for family meals or a game of cards.
Living Room
Cozy space with a couch, TV with Roku (bring your streaming logins!), and all the board games and puzzles you could want.
Play Area
Dedicated space with kids' toys, art supplies, a play mat, and more. Children's games and puzzles are in the storage closet next to the green bedroom.
Outdoor Space
Backyard — Use at Your Own Risk
The backyard has a substantial grade and rocks from erosion — it is not suitable for young children. Please use the side yard by the entrance and the deck instead.
Your Outdoor Space
The backyard, side yard, and deck are your outdoor space to enjoy. The front yard is not available for guest use.
• The back deck — connects to both bedrooms via sliding glass doors
• The side yard next to the parking pad
• Chalk on the driveway — kids love it!
• Walk the neighborhood — there's a round-a-bout with a bench at the end of the street
Getting Here
Self check-in with a smart key lock.
Self Check-In
Smart lock on the side entry door. Your unique access code is generated by Airbnb and provided in the app before your stay.
Parking
Park on the right side of the drivewayin front of your entry door — look for the sign. If you have more than 2 vehicles, additional cars must park on the street where allowed without blocking neighbors' driveways.
EV Charging
We have a Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector on the gravel driveway. EV charging must be pre-arranged with us before your stay. The gravel driveway is strictly for EV charging only.
Ride share / meal delivery tip: Make sure to tell your driver to meet at the garage / basement side entry door to avoid confusion. If you forget, just message us!

Cooking tip: Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors indoors — the smell can linger for days. Use the outdoor grill for fish, heavy spices, or anything with a strong aroma.

- • A solid wood door and door stop are at the top of the stairs
- • Sound machines are in each bedroom for a restful night
- • If noise is bothersome, please message us — we're happy to help

- • Dehumidifiers are in the dining area and by the washer/dryer
- • You may turn them off if bothersome
- • Please turn them back on before leaving

Baby Gate
A fabric baby gate is attached and locked at the bottom of the stairs. Please do not unhook or open this gate — it is installed for your safety.
Low ceilings: Watch your head when navigating the space. Some areas have lower ceilings than you might expect.
